The 18-hole golf course, over 6000m in length, was designed in 1993 by Cabell Robinson.
Palheiro Golfe is memorable for its green, natural surroundings, superb city views, and the challenge it offers to all levels of players and handicap.
Clube de Golfe Santo da Serra
Santo da Serra Golf Club is one of the most spectacular golf courses in Europe, with fantastic mountain and sea views.
It was built in 1937, and redesigned by Robert Trent Jones in 1991, being located in Santo da Serra, 15 minutes from Madeira Airport.
The course has 27 holes to play, which favors golfers of all abilities.
Porto Santo Golf Course
Porto Santo Golf Course is surrounded by serene landscapes and sea breezes, and has conditions for year-round golfing.
Designed by Spanish champion Severiano Ballesteros, it offers an 18-hole golf course of 6 par 3, 6 par 4 and 6 par 5 format, giving the course a par 72, “Pitch and Put”.
The course also includes a 9-hole par 3 course and offers circuits lasting about an hour and a half, an important type of game for visitors who want to start this sport during their holidays.
